| Additional notes | Driver indicates, "we put credit card in the meter, the meter screen was unreadable, and then the light started blinking green. we are from sacramento, where the default time purchase on the meters with a credit card is one hour, so we assumed we had one hour of parking. we came back in 40 minutes and there was a ticket on the car. we are attaching a link to a video we took of the parking meter immediately after getting back to the car and seeing the ticket which shows it is not working. if you request, we can provide credit card statement showing we purchased time on the meter before citation was issued." please perform a meter check for this location |
