City of Berkeley and Prado et al. v. City of Berkeley; response to DHCS audit and appeals concerning GEMT cost reports; deliberation whether to participate in the proposed nationwide opioid distributor settlement; and public reporting of any actions taken pursuant to Government Code section 54957.1, seeking council authorization for settlements, litigation strategy, confidentiality determinations, and direction to negotiators.
